New Families for 2022

Due to Level 2 restrictions we are unable to hold our New Families Evening for those already enrolled at Kirkwood.

We have sent you, via email, an overview of what to expect in 2022.  Included in this email is an online Parent Information Form for you to complete.  We intend to use the information you give us to help with classroom placement.

Later in the month we will send you a movie clip introducing you to our school.

In January, we will email you an Orientation Pack, this will have everything you need to know to begin our school year.

If you have have not received this email, or you have not yet enrolled your child, please contact the school office via email: school.information@kirkwood.school.nz

We look forward to you joining our Kirkwood community.

A Message from the Canterbury District Health Board

Dear Parents and Caregivers

Community and Public Health have noted an increase in the number of gastrointestinal illness cases reported in schools and Early Childhood Education centres.

Children who develop vomiting and/or diarrhoea should not attend school and can return once they have been symptom free for 48 hours.

For further information please contact your medical centre.
