The Kahikatea Kirkwood Intermediate School Board wishes to assure our community of our unwavering commitment to continue to give effect to the Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Te Tiriti will continue to guide the strategic direction of our school. We have a long-standing commitment to reflecting the principles of Te Tiriti and this mahi (work) is an essential part of the positive Kahikatea Kirkwood Intermediate experience for our staff, students and community.
We value the relationship and support of our mana whenua, Ngāi Tūāhuriri, while we continue to develop our cultural narrative. We remain committed to creating a positive school environment where every student feels supported and empowered to achieve their best.
