Community Dental Service – holiday notice

The Community Dental Service will be closed for some of the upcoming school holidays

     Closed On:         Friday 18 April, Monday 21 April & Friday 25 April
     Reopening on:   Monday 28 April

Five of our community dental clinics will be open during this School Holiday period:

     Burnside (96a Memorial Avenue)
     Woolston (11 Hopkins Street)
     Rangiora (163 Ashley Street)
     Northcote (24 Tuckers Road)
     Timaru (18 Woollcombe Street)
