Sports Shed Monitors Today: 8HE Sports Shed will be run from outside Room 7 at interval & at lunch eating area at lunch. If wet outside Room 7. Anyone who uses the Sports Shed on WEDNESDAYS (Room 7): (Teachers reinforce this please) Classroom Monitors – Please collect your equipment for PE before or after 9:00am-12:00pm on Wednesdays. Rm7 will be locked for music lessons during this time. This will be in place for every Wednesday. Breaktime Monitors – Please collect the trolley quietly when you come in during morning tea time. |

Mainland Pouakai Tickets: I have 10 tickets to giveaway to the Mainland Pouakai game on Friday 6 December. First in first served to those girls that have played basketball for the school this year (come and see me). These tickets have kindly been given to us from the Wharenui Gators Club. Please only take these tickets if you know you can go to the game – it was disappointing to hear that some students that have received tickets in the past have not used them. Cheers, Mr. Botting. |

Girls’ Cricket Opportunity: In the coming weeks we’ll have Canterbury Cricket coming in for the “Yeah! Girls” Cricket sessions. Boys’ Cricket Tournament: Training today!.With trainings – it’s going to be hard with Yr7 touch tournament, so we’ll try and have a practice everyday next week (including today). To make it easier with gear etc. we’ll play with soft balls, but note that you’ll be using hard balls for the tournament. Bring any gear you require. Year 7 Touch Tournament: What a great session yesterday with our first round of games. Games for today are below, as well as results. Remember your PE gear if your class is playing. Year 8 referees – please have a look at the week’s fixtures below to see when you are needed. Tohu will be given out by referees to those who are showing amazing sportsmanship.
