Rātū rua tekau ma waru Mahuru

Student Notices/Panui

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week. The theme this year is He mihi nui ki a koe. Take time to korero with family, friends etc. How about email or facetime an elderly relative and have a good old chat.

Today our kupu is taha wairua. This kupu is about spiritual health, taha wairua explores your relationship with the environment, people and heritage in the past, present and future.

Have a reflection and goal–setting session. Think about the things you are proud of, the challenges you’ve overcome, the people who are important to you and the things you hope to achieve in the future.
