Choir: Reminder to all Choir students that today is the final rehearsal before performance.  Attendance is required and consent forms are due in now please.

Emmanuel, Katie F, Jacqui H, Mediana R, Ursula, Cruz and Abby – your names are down for performing with the choir for the Music Festival.  Attendance is required at rehearsal on Thursday after lunch.  If you no longer intend to perform please see Ms Mason in Room 12

Athletics: Outstanding efforts from those who ran yesterday and thank-you to all that opted into the 200m and 800m races too.

The 1500m will be on today at 1:15pm, please meet by the close rugby posts. If you are trialling for Shot Put or Discus today, please go there first then come to the 1500m.

Year 8 Writing Extension: Kia ora, I have shared the ‘I am poem’ template with you on google classroom. This should be published and is due next Wednesday. If you have any problems, let me know. I am looking forward to hearing them. Miss Buckenham Baines

House Sausage Sizzle: Congratulations to Britten-Te Kanawa and Mansfield-Hillary! For the first time ever we have a tie!

A huge thank-you to our wonderful PTA for supplying the sausages, your very proud house captains will be ready to check your names off on Friday/Rāmere.

House Relays: These will be arranged today and will be run tomorrow at lunch time.
Year 7 Girls’ A Runners from yesterday, could you please see Mr McWhirter in the library after the notices (it will only be for a couple of minutes).
Year 7 PAT catch ups Today:  Maths 9:30am and Reading 11:00am in Room 7 – Bring a pencil.

Assembly Song Voting – Thanks to all of you who took the time to vote! I’ve narrowed it down to a few songs that were nominated several times. Please place your vote by the end of the day – you can do this either by getting your class teacher to tally class votes on the google doc shared with them, or writing your preference (out of the chosen songs) and putting this in the blue bucket. Voting closes at 3pm today. May the best song win. Dancing Queen (ABBA), High Hopes (Panic! At the disco), All Star (Shrek – Smashmouth), Stand by me, Lean on Me, Riptide (Vance Joy), This is Me or This is the greatest Show (Greatest Showman).
