Buddies for Kirkwood Kid for a morning: Please remember that you need to look after your buddy at morning tea. This may include you changing your normal activities to suit what they would like to do. Also, please show them the bathrooms. Thanks for all your help!
No ESOL groups today.
Kirkwood X factor tryouts in the hall today at 1:15pm Only students whose name are on the list are allowed to attend. 
No music lessons with Adrian today for Charlie, Ollie & Cameron. Next lesson will be 24 September.
Brightsparks: Remember to ask your teacher if you can meet in T9 at 9:00am tomorrow instead of Thursday afternoon.

Y8 Football:

Yesterday’s game – Room 9 beat Room 11, 4-2.

Today: Room 1 vs Room 3

Tomorrow: Room 6 vs Room 12

Basketball: Draw for the finals this Friday is up outside Room 11. Could the Girls’ team please meet in Room 11 at interval.
Sport Canterbury Tough Kid: Fancy slogging your way over and under inflatable obstacles, through mud pits and sliding across waterslides? Sound like you? Tough Kid is a 2.7km fun, no tough challenge in November. We are going to give you the chance to have a go. All you have to do is sign up, get a permission slip, return it and you will be sliding, jumping, leaping and getting caked in mud! Meeting in Room 11 on Wednesday. Miss it and you might miss out!
Water Polo: Another outstanding result on Friday! Game this Friday is against St Margarets at 8:50pm. Emily would like you there at 8:30pm. If you cannot play please let Mr McWhirter know.
Turbo Touch: 7 teams have been entered. NZIS will be here at lunchtime tomorrow to run through rules and skills. Tournament will be Thursday and Friday. Confirmation of teams is up outside Room 11.
Te Kaupeka/Kapahaka: Please hand your permission slip asap! If you need another one, come to Room 6.
Tuesday sewing group is on in T6 at 2pm today.
Orienteering: Final opportunity to practise before the weekend of racing. Today at Hagley Park, meeting by the Tennis Courts (North Hagley) at 4pm-5pm.
