All valuable items should be put in your classroom deposit box.  If you do not put bus cards/wallets/money/phones etc in the deposit box you are risking these items to go missing.
Orchestra: Those pupils interested in joining the orchestra, can you please meet at 9:40am today over at the Technology block across the field.
Homework club today after school.
School Magazine: Application letters to Miss Waters by Friday – there is a box outside T4 for delivery.
Lawn Bowls – practice at the Burnside Bowling Club today between 4pm and 5pm.  You must arrange your own transport to and from the club.
Te Rā O Te Tamariki – Children’s Day: This year Children’s Day is on Sunday 4th March, 10am – 3pm at the corner of New Brighton Road and Locksley Ave, Burwood. It is a wonderful day to spend time together with a range of activities such as performing arts, craft, sports and games for the whole family.
ESOL groups: due to camps, can I please have group 1, 2 and 3 at 11:00am today only.  Thanks, Mrs Climo
Choir: All interested children please come to the hall at 2:00pm today. No auditions you are all welcome. Many performance opportunities.

Final PCT Trial:  Lunch time today. PE Gear is compulsory. No PE gear you will be asked politely to leave. The following students are involved: Lauren, Ben, Ryan (Rm 12). Crossing Riccarton Road: Please cross Riccarton Rd carefully in the mornings.
Water Polo: Draw is not out yet but as soon as it is, it will be posted up outside Room 11, 1 and 6.
Clarinet and Saxophone lessons today are at 10:40am in the music room.

U16 Girls Rugby open session: Another session is on this Sunday at Bob Deans Fields, North Hagley Park, 12 noon – 1.30pm. Come along and have some fun, there will be Canterbury Women’s team players there with the Farah Palmer Cup!

Culture Galore is coming! Saturday 10 March at Ray Blank Park, 46 Maidstone Road, Ilam from 12pm to 4pm.

This is a free annual event to celebrate Christchurch’s diverse ethnic culture in a family atmosphere. Stay and witness amazing performances including Japanese drummers and tradition dancing.

Other activities also includes face painting, a bouncy castle, stone carving, Henna tattoo, calligraphy flax weaving, Origami creations and more. There are also a range of food stalls at the event for you get a taste of each part of the world.
